Fry's Great American Milk Drive

Feeding America is a national network of food banks.  They are
stressing the difficulty of getting enough much needed nutrition
from milk at food banks, because milk is perishable.  It's pretty hard
to donate a gallon of milk at a food drive!  So Fry's Food &
Drug Stores have committed to help Feed a Childhood!
Thru Sept 3, donate $1, 3, or $5 at a Fry's checkout stand and every
dollar will be used to buy milk for St Mary's Food Bank.  I spoke
with nutritionist Terri Verason about the importance of milk to these
families and children that will be served.

If you get a chance, join me at the Fry's at 1311 E Bell Rd from 8-10am
Thursday Aug 17.  We will be doing milk mustache fotos and taking donations!
