PGA CHARLES SCHWAB CUP CHAMPIONSHIP

This event will take place at Phoenix Country Club, Seventh Street between Thomas and Osborn roads from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10, through Sunday, Nov. 12.

Osborn Road between Seventh and 12th streets is scheduled to be restricted to one lane in each direction on a 24-basis through 4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13.

Local and business access will be maintained.

Access to parking facilities will be maintained.

Police officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.

ALZHEIMER WALK

This event will start and end at 16th Avenue and Adams Street beginning 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11.

The following streets will be closed at 8 a.m.:

 Washington Street – First to 19th avenues 17th Avenue – Adams to Jefferson streets Jefferson Street – Third to 19th avenues Third Avenue – Jefferson to Washington streets 

Police officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.

All streets will be open to normal traffic by 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11.

AZ HIP HOP FESTIVAL

This event will take place at Fourth Avenue and Adams Street beginning 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11.

The following streets will be closed at 3 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11:

 Fourth Avenue – Washington to Monroe streets Adams Street – Third to Fifth avenues 

Police officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.

All streets will be open to normal traffic by 6 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 12.

CRIS JOVEN-RENOVACION CARISMATICA

This event will take place from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11.

Monroe Street between Third and Fifth streets is scheduled to be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11.

Local and business access will be maintained during this time-period.

Access to parking facilities will be maintained.

All streets will open to normal traffic by 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11.

LEUKEMIA AND LYMPHOMA SOCIETY LIGHT THE NIGHT

This event will take place on Van Buren Street between Galvin Parkway and Mill Avenue from

5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11.

The following streets will be closed from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.:

 Eastbound Van Buren Street – Galvin Parkway to Mill Avenue Priest Drive – Van Buren Street to Center Parkway 

Traffic will be directed by police officers at the intersection of Galvin Parkway and Van Buren Street.

Galvin Parkway between Van Buren Street and McDowell Road will be maintained during this event.

Local and business access will be maintained.

Police officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.

All streets will open to normal traffic by 10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11.

PHOENIX ANNUAL PARADE OF THE ARTS

This event will start and end at 15th and Grand avenues beginning 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11.

The following streets will be closed from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.:

Grand Avenue – Seventh to 15th avenues

Polk Street – Seventh to Grand avenues

Police officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.

All streets will be open to normal traffic by 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11.

NOVEMBEER FESTIVAL

This event will take place on Adams Street between Central Avenue and Second Street from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11.

The following streets will be closed from 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10, through 1 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 12:

 Adams Street – Central Avenue to Second Street First Street – Monroe to Washington streets 

Central Avenue and Second Street will remain open to through traffic.

During this event, pedestrian traffic will be detoured to Second Street and Central Avenue between Monroe and Washington streets.

Local and business access will be maintained.

Access to parking facilities will be maintained.

All streets will be open to normal traffic by 1 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 12.

VETERAN’S DAY PARADE

The event will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11.

The parade route will start at Central Avenue and Montebello Road (Phoenix Baptist Church) and proceed south on Central Avenue, east on Camelback Road, and south on Seventh Street to finish at Indian School Road.

The following street will be closed at 7 a.m.:

Central Avenue – Missouri Avenue to Bethany Home Road

The following streets will be closed at 7:30 a.m.:

Seventh Street – Thomas to Bethany Home roads

Camelback Road – Seventh Avenue to 16th Street

Central Avenue – Indian School to Bethany Home roads

Indian School Road – Central Avenue to 16th Street

Missouri Avenue – Seventh Avenue to Seventh Street

All major and local streets as well as driveways will be closed as the parade approaches and reopened as it proceeds.

Police officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.

All streets will be open to normal traffic by 2 p.m. Saturday, November 11.

HONOR WALK 5K

This event will start and end at First and Madison streets at 9 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 12.

The following streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to noon:

Jackson Street – Second Street to Fourth Avenue

Washington Street – First to 17th avenues

Jefferson Street – First to Seventh avenues

Third Avenue – Jackson to Adams streets

First Street - Jefferson to Jackson streets

Police officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.

All streets will be open to normal traffic by noon Sunday, Nov. 12.

ROOSEVELT HOME TOUR

This event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12.

Portland Street between Third and Fifth avenues is scheduled to be closed from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12.

All streets will open to normal traffic by 6 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 12.
