While a lot of people complain about the companies they work for, there are actually some companies out there that are considered great places to work. Well, now a new list reveals which companies fall into that category.
- LinkedIn is out with their sixth annual Top Companies List.
- Companies on the list are judged in seven important areas - ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity and spread of educational backgrounds.
- Topping the list this year is Amazon, which gets high marks for recruiting and retaining top talent, plus it’s raised average wages for warehouse workers, and expanded education and skills training initiatives.
- Other well-known companies making the Top 10 include Alphabet, Walmart, Apple and more.
