You have probably always heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day right? According to a new study from Monash University in Australia that was shared through the NY Post , eating breakfast might actually make you fat! Womp womp!
The thing is, eating breakfast is good for you BUT you gotta mind what you are eating - if you eat a ton of bacon, sausage, pancakes, eggs and all that stuff on the regular, it will take you down and make your pants button pop off!
" The people who eat breakfast tend to have on average 260 calories a day extra and they tend to be heavier,” Flavia Cicuttini, professor of epidemiology at Monash University and co-author of the study."
You can have some yogurt and fruit maybe with granola or find other alternatives to keep you under 260 calories. Just be smart!
