Need a reason to celebrate National Pancake Day? IHOP can help.
On Tuesday, the restaurant that specializes in pancakes is giving customers a free short stack, which is three of its original buttermilk pancakes. In lieu of the normal $4.79 price, IHOP is seeking charitable donations.
Proceeds will go toward children's hospitals and other health organizations
Since IHOP started National Pancake Day in 2006, nearly $30 million has been raised toward the restaurant's cause, according to the restaurant's website.
The deal is good from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at participating restaurants, so it's best to call your nearest location to make sure they're offering the promotion.
