John Mayer Announces North American Solo Tour: See The Summer Dates

John Mayer is heading on a world tour that will keep his summer schedule busy.

On Monday (January 28), the Grammy Award winner's announcement detailed the international trek, which will begin in New Zealand and Australia, before heading to North America for a 27-date schedule. Billed as an "Evening With John Mayer," the concerts will include signature hits like "New Light," "Gravity," "Love on the Weekend," "Heartbreak Warfare," "Daughters," "Waiting on the World to Change" and "Your Body Is a Wonderland." Mayer will embark on this tour less than two weeks after Dead & Company wrap their summer trek. He will spend his fourth consecutive year joining Grateful Dead members Bob Weir, Bill Kreutzmann, Mickey Hart, Oteil Burbridge, and Jeff Chimenti on the road.

Tickets for his solo tour will go on sale Friday (February 1) at 12 PM via Ticketmaster. Presale tickets will go on sale tomorrow at 10 AM. Meanwhile, American Express card members will be able to purchase tickets between tomorrow and Thursday.

Every North American show will also see two pairs of front row tickets (with a pre-show meet and greet with the star) auctioned off. Proceeds will go to the Back to You Fund and other affiliated organizations. Head over to Mayer's official website for all ticket details!
