The Arizona Milk Producers Cocktail of the Week - Ginger Bread Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1 ounce coffee liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in cocktail shaker
  • Stir until molasses dissolves
  • Fill shaker two-thirds full with ice
  • Shake until well mixed and chilled
  • Strain into a martini glass, add a dash of cinnamon or cinnamon stick
  • Serve immediately
