Hello Friday funsters! We probably won't have a white Christmas here, but we can sip on the White Christmas Margarita and pretend it's snowing! This is surprisingly good. Don't let the ingredients fool you...it's not too coconutty. Drink it on the patio because the weather is not frightful! My thanks to the Arizona Milk Producers for their support. Recipe:
2 ounces silver tequila
1 generous ounce each of Grand Marnier, lime juice, coconut water, canned coconut milk
1 ounce coconut rum
1 ounce coconut cream
1 ounce simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in ice-filled shaker. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into ice-filled glass. Slainte!
