A video of a Valley farmer pulling out a packet of Ranch dressing and crunching on fresh broccoli is going viral on TikTok. Eric Amadio of Amadio Ranch in Laveen says he just downloaded TikTok to help with business, but never expected to get 15-minutes of fame from it. It wasn't until he posted the video about the perks of carrying what he calls "pocket ranch" that business started to boom thanks to more than two-million views. Amadio says people see the simple pleasures of the farm and it seems to trigger something inside them. His heritage family farm on the outskirts of Phoenix offers seasonal produce, pies, preserves and pickles as well as honey and fudge. In the area?
