White Christmas Mojito
8 mint leaves plus more for garnish
1 Tablespoon sugar
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup canned coconut milk
1 ounce white rum
1/2 ounce coconut rum
Club soda
Pomegranate seeds for garnish
In cocktail shaker muddle lime juice, mint leaves and sugar until mint breaks down. Fill halfway with ice. Add both rums and coconut milk. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into ice-filled glass and top with club soda. Garnish with mint sprig and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
