Alex Trebek lost his battle with pancreatic cancer on Sunday, but Jeopardy! fans will be able to see the beloved game show host for a bit longer.
The show confirmed that the final episode of “Jeopardy!” hosted by Trebek will air on Christmas Day 2020.
His last day in the studio as the host was filmed on Oct. 29, 2020.
The studio states they are "not announcing plans for a new host at this time."
Trebek hosted more than 8,200 episodes of the show across almost 37 seasons setting a Guinness World Record for hosting the most episodes of a single game show.
