This week the dart hit Mansfield, PA. Beth found a small business with one of the most interesting names… Anarchy Waffles.Vince owns an operates Anarchy Waffles, which is small for now. Vince started his waffle business because his kids can’t eat gluten and he was tired of gluten free food that tasted like cardboard. You have to hear the story of how Anarchy Waffles got it’s name...it is awesome.
