This week the dart hit a very small town in Arkansas called Cotter. Cotter is big on fishing ... and as we learned talking to Morgan at Dally’s Ozark Fly Fisher it's the trout capitol of the United States. Morgan moved to this small town to follow his passion of fly fishing and it turns out he went to ASU! We talk to Morgan about Cotter and fishing and of course dating!
