Jon Bon Jovi is selling his New Jersey mansion. The singer, whose band ironically released the album “This House Is Not For Sale” back in 2016, has put his 15-acre estate in Middletown, New Jersey on the market.
The singer is asking $20 million for his High Point Estate, which sits on the Navesink River, and features six-bedroom, seven full bathrooms and two half-baths. It also features a movie theater, a master suite with a balcony, his-and-her walk-in closets, and much much more.
The grounds also have gardens, a heated outdoor pool with cabanas, a pub, a carriage house and a recording studio in what was once a stables.
