Tempe Corrections Officer stuns on America's Got Talent

Olivia Calderon a corrections officer in Tempe, Arizona stunned the judges on America's Got Talent and advanced in the competition.

She told Billboard online she stopped her pursuit of music to take care of her family.

"Singing is how I destress from the stress of work," she explained of her understandable difficult job. She noted that she got two degrees in college, one in vocal performance and the other in criminal justice, but put her music dreams on hold to take care of her father who died four years ago.

Olivia got the approval of the 3 of the 4 judges with only Howie Mandel saying it wasn't his cup of tea.
