Scottsdale Active 20/30 Club and realtors raising a HUGE amount for charity

The Scottsdale Active 20/30 Club is a group of civic-minded Scottsdale businessmen ages 20-39. They focus on raising funds for charities involving kids and families. Working with real estate brokers and residential real estate agents they put on an annual event with a goal of raising $500,000! Brokers for Kids and & Agents Benefitting Children pits commercial and residential real estate teams against each other in a four month fundraising contest culminating in a one day sporting competition. Last year the teams raised $467,000 for Arizona based children's charities! I spoke with chairmen Braydon Dennis (Agents) and Scott Ellsworth (Brokers) about the event, and also with the Executive Directors of this year's charities, Amy Pfeifer of Boys Hope Girls Hope and Alyssa Crockett of The Care Fund.

Give it a listen to hear about this great way for a group of business people to make a difference in their community, and to hear about the great work these two charities are doing!
