Pat's Run honors ASU grad and former AZ Cardinal Pat Tillman who left a lucrative NFL contract on the table to join the US Army He lost his life fighting for his country, but the Pat Tillman Foundation honors his life by supporting military families. The mission is to unite and empower remarkable military veterans and spouses as the next generation of public and private sector leaders committed to service beyond self. Through the Tillman Scholars program, they are building the leading fellowship program for military veterans and spouses. I spoke with Tillman Foundation Manager of Development Christopher Cordes about the Foundation and this year's run April 27, which has already sold out its limit of 28,000 entries!
