Beth's Five Ingredient Meal!

Beth's own recipe!
2 6 oz. salmon fillets...skin on or off
                           OR
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon white wine (optional)
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 dried dill or 1 teaspoon fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Combine olive oil, wine, lemon juice, dijon and dill. Place salmon or chicken in ovenproof baking dish. Pour mixture over the fillets. Bake until cooked through. The salmon will take 12-15 minutes. The chicken will take 25-30 minutes.
