Maddy Neckels is 9 years old but she is making a big impact this Thanksgiving. Maddy heard that St Mary's Food Bank was short of their goal collecting turkeys for their Thanksgiving turkey drive so she decided to see if she could help. She set a goal of 80 turkeys, but by the time she joined Beth on KEZ she had accounted for over 300! As of Tuesday morning when Maddy joined Beth on the air St Mary's Food Bank were still 1,400 turkeys shy of their goal. If you would like to help you can drop off a frozen turkey at 3003 W. Thmas Rd in Phoenix. Look for the signs just east of 31st Ave on Thomas. They will be collecting from 8am - 4pm Tuesday and Wednesday, and if you mention Maddy she will get credit for the donation for her grand total! More info at www.firstfoodbank.org
