A Man from Utah named Youd died Monday, after he crashed a plane into his own home, where family members where living. He did this after he was arrested for domestic violence.
"They had been drinking, he assaulted her, and witnesses saw this happening," a police spokeswoman Sgt. Noemi Sandoval, told CNN.
After being released from jail he then took a jet belonging to his employer and flew it into his neighborhood.
His wife and child were in the home during the crash around 2:30 am.
When the plane crashed it became engulfed in flames but the two occupants in the house were able to make it out alive. Youd was found dead.
