You can use organic California Medjool dates the following morning to prevent severe hangovers.
  • They should be soaked overnight for the best results.

Now that you know how good dates are for you, Jan has the recipe for a really healthy, dairy-freedate shake!

You'll need:

One cup of cashew or almond milk5-6 ice cubes that you've made using almond milk and a slice of banana5-6 chopped medjool dates1/4 cup cashews (softened)1 container cashew yogurt

Blend together and enjoy!
