The recent Point in Time homeless count is raising some important issues, especially
the rise in the numbers of homeless and the problem of the "invisble homeless",
those who are not on the street, but have no permanent home, living in motel rooms,
someone else's living room, and the like. I spoke with Nicky Stevens, Chief Programs
