depending on the restaurant. Meals typically consist of a choice of appetizer,

Steve Chucri is a busy man! Not only is he the CEO of the Arizona Restaurant Association,
he is also the current Chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors!
I spoke with Steve about Restaurant Week and about how it helps provide scholarships for
culinary students. We also talked about the rapidly expanding roster of Valley restaurants
and a little bit about the rapidly expanding county we live in ... the nation's 4th largest county!
