The International Alliance for the Prevention of AIDS is working here and in India to significantly
reduce the threat of HIV/AIDS in the world. They offer four US based programs, three of which are right here in the Valley, including partnerships with ASU. I spoke with the Executive Director Debbie
Rubenstrunk and board member Victor Santana-Melgoza about the progress that has been made,
about new problems rising, and about the City of Phoenix 90-90-90-0 program aiming for 90% of people living with HIV knowing their status, 90% of people living with HIV getting treatment, and 90% of
people in treatment reaching viral suppression, with 0% facing stigma.
