This week Beth welcomed The COO of Z’Tejas Southwest Grill Robby Nethercut to the show. Z'Tejas is boasting about their new summer cocktails you are going to love. For the Fourth of July, a red white and blue margarita will be served, they are calling it the La Bomba. It’s three layers - strawberry, traditional lime and blue curacao margaritas then topped with your favorite childhood popsicle, the Bomb pop! This margarita will be available Friday, July 1 through Monday, July 4. They are also featuring the Paleta Margarita – a mango Chamoy margarita served with a mango popsicle. A great summer treat, each margarita is served with a fruit paleta. The margarita is made with tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, watermelon and mango syrup and cranberry juice. The Mojito – Classic Cuban cocktail made with rum, fresh mint and lime. Michelada – Z’Tejas house made spice tomato mixed with Mexican beer. Last but not least the Margarita Flight – Includes a jalapeno cucumber margarita, a blue curacao margarita, and a mango chamoy margarita.
