Recipe:
2 ounces vodka
3/4 ounce blue curacao
3 ounces pineapple juice
2 tablespoons coconut cream
Shredded coconut
Rim martini glass with honey or agave syrup. Dip into shredded coconut. Shake vodka, blue curacao, pineapple juice and coconut cream in ice-filled shaker. Strain into glass. Slainte!
