Poinsettia Pomegranate Martini
1.5 ounces vodka or gin
1 ounce pomegranate juice
1 ounce lime juice
.5 ounce simple syrup
Pomegranate seeds and lime to garnish
Place 2 teaspoons pomegranate seeds in bottom of martini glass.
Combine vodka or gin, pomegranate juice, lime juice and simple syrup in ice-filled shaker. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into martini glass with pomegranate seeds. Garnish with lime wheel. Enjoy!
