The 2019 Broman Sauvignon Blanc was crafted from 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from a small vineyard in Rutherford. The Broman philosophy is to let this delicate fruit shine through by cold fermenting in a small stainless-steel tank. We do not use oak or malolactic fermentation.
